However, one customer has found that Freddo has gone back to the original price of 10p in Sainsbury’s.

The person took to Reddit to share their delight in a thread titled: “Is peace finally being restored to the world?”

In the picture, it shows the childhood sweet treat discounted to 10p but only for those with a Sainsbury’s Nectar Card.

The user started the post with: “Admittedly they have shrunk a bit, and you need a card to actually make it that price. But I can’t help but feel some happiness.”
